JUDY BAER
Judy Baer Duenow, writing as Judy Baer, is the award-winning author of more than 80 published books spanning young adult fiction, Christian romance, children's literature, and nonfiction. Over a three-decade career, her work has been published by leading publishers including Harlequin, Guideposts, Thomas Nelson, Bethany House, Simon & Schuster, and Bantam. She has also written for Woman's Day and Guideposts for Kids and was honored with Concordia University's Alumni Achievement Award.
Raised on a farm in North Dakota near the Canadian border, Judy later helped raise bison on a family ranch—an experience that provided firsthand insight into these remarkable animals and inspired her screenplay, Jingles, the heartwarming story of an abandoned buffalo calf who becomes part of a human family.
EVE HAYES
Eve Hayes is a Cape Town–based screenwriter, aspiring producer and filmmaker, and founder of Screenwriters Safari, a networking retreat for screenwriters in South Africa.
Eve was inspired to write her historical feature screenplay Phoenix Park through her family connection to its protagonist, James Carey, from whom she is believed to be descended. An early draft was a quarterfinalist in the ScreenCraft Fellowship competition and a finalist in the South African Screenwriting Awards, as well as the Austin Film Festival.
She has also adapted Phoenix Park into a limited television series, with a completed pilot and series bible, and developed an animated documentary pitch in collaboration with the Irish Fenians in Dublin. Her other screenplays primarily explore historical events, moral conflict and the difficult choices faced by people caught between loyalty, justice and survival. Alongside her creative work, Eve is an experienced project manager and entrepreneur with strong commercial and business acumen.
LINDA CARYN JENKINS
Linda is a screenwriter, novelist, and adaptation specialist whose work blends prestige-driven storytelling with strong commercial appeal. Writing across feature films, limited series, and literary adaptations, she is known for emotionally grounded narratives, layered character psychology, and cinematic scope, often exploring identity, grief, ambition, reinvention, and the hidden truths that shape human behavior.
A graduate of the New York Film Academy with an Associate of Arts in Screenwriting, Linda honed her craft under the mentorship of Joan Lane, the development executive behind The King’s Speech. Her work has earned notable industry recognition, including being an Academy Nicholl Fellowship Top Finalist, Big Break Finalist, and ranking in the Top 1% of Comedy Features on Coverfly.
CAITLIN KILGORE
Caitlin Kilgore is a multidisciplinary storyteller whose work spans film and music, balancing both humor and heart. Her feature screenplay LOST BOY was a finalist in the 2024 Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting Competition. An accomplished songwriter, her song "Fury and Fire" won Best Lyrics/Lyricist at the 2023 Hollywood Independent Music Awards. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dramatic Arts and the British American Drama Academy. Across every medium, Caitlin's work captures the idiosyncrasies of human nature with depth, warmth, and wit.
DELILAH VANSCIVER
Delilah is a writer, actress, and model whose career spans decades of creative work both onstage and behind the scenes. With a deep-rooted passion for storytelling, she has performed before live audiences while also developing original works as a writer. A graduate of Vassar College, where she studied writing and theater, she refined her craft under the mentorship of Louisa Koeppel and Wayne Smith. Her current project, New Forest Orphans, is a traditional English tale she believes will captivate audiences around the world.
ILA ZARAZA
Ila is a writer from “all over”. With a comedic undertone, she tackles all genres, adapting her voice to each project as she did so often in her childhood moving from place to place. She started out in Entertainment working as a Development Executive and Consultant collaborating with writers, before becoming one herself. She’s fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, and gets by in French and Italian
After living in 5 different countries by age 20, Ila had heard and retold many stories, but more importantly she learnt to adjust them for her audience. From early days, she became a natural anthropologist able to discover the motivations and peculiarities of any culture and use them to create new worlds.
She’s working on a romantic comedy set in present day London, and her ready-to-pitch projects are: THE THORNS, a period comedy about a rumour set during the first flower show in London, and ITTER, a war comedy that takes place during the last days of WW2.
